Absolutely wonderful. We broke down returning from Ft Worth to Wyoming. They were able to get the parts in quickly and get our repair done. We were given the best service and care. Our experience at Vernon auto group when purchasing our “new” 2022 vehicle was excellent and very smooth. The experience of speaking to a few of the staff was pleasant but our salesman Steve Ybarra and financial assistant Shauna made our experience that much better. Not knowledgeable on vehicle specifications and provided in accurate information about vehicle options. When asked on three separate occasions about a specific characteristic of the vehicle he assured me it was an option on the vehicle. Sales service was excellent and the process was fast. We were in and out in less than an hour. The car was not very clean when we test drove it though. After we bought it we ended up having to go clean it ourselves. Would definitely buy another car from here though. It was painless.
