Bought a 2020 Range Rover HSE from Morgan Chavez at Vernon Auto Group — seamless Saturday, about 90 minutes start to finish. Second purchase from them (Altima ~8 months ago). No pressure, tank filled, Derek Mills got me 5.24% instead of 5.75%. Morgan had paystub, ID, and insurance ready. Highly recommend Morgan — tell him Sean sent you. 5 stars.
I've had nothing but great service everytime I have been here. They always seem to get me in and out and did the service without even moving my seat. Eli, Robby and Bud are all great and represent the service department well.
The Service Department has been MORE than helpful the TWO times I’ve used them. Once for a repair with zero complaints from my end. They even delivered my jeep back to me. You read tht right-THEY DELIVERED! They were fast and friendly and seemed eager to handle the situation. The second time was for maintenance in a whim, again service was excellent. In and out, friendly fast service like old time customer service! I give them a 10/10!
I had about 13 recall notices on my 2022 Ford F250 King Ranch. James Baker did a thorough review. I left my truck. He said he would try to get it done in four days. He called me the next day and had All issues cleared and reprogrammed a key fob for me. I was shocked that he got that done so fast for me he’s an excellent service advisor.

Purchased a vehicle on May 31. Drove 3hrs to pick it up and the deal went well with salesman, and car has been great. Problem is it’s 4 months later and we have still not received our registration. They can’t seem to find a title, and have ignored our calls, and told us things that were straight lies over and over again. As of today (Sept 1) we still do not have a registration and I have filed a complaint with the state.

Our experience buying a vehicle here was the best we’ve ever had! They had the Model we were looking for with low miles and at a great price! They also gave us a very fair price for the truck we traded in. No haggling, no pressure, no problems! They even delivered the vehicle to us so we didn’t have to make the 2 hour drive! Called several times to find where our title was to only get a different run around and story each time we called. Finally tracked down the title and they had sent it to the wrong place. Offered to overnight it and didn’t do it when they said they would. I'm out of state and was texting with Morgan from this dealership. They got me every video and every picture I asked for. Even close up ones for upholstery. Absolutely no pressure. Absolutely wonderful. We broke down returning from Ft Worth to Wyoming. They were able to get the parts in quickly and get our repair done. We were given the best service and care. Super impressed with all the people. They even helped us secure a hotel room and picked us back up when the job was done.

My wife’s truck broke down in Texas while driving back to Utah, and Vernon Ford was able to get it in despite being busy. They repaired it faster than the timeline they originally gave us, and the staff were kind and helpful throughout the process.
